WOOPS 2025 has positions for 60 operators on 10 layouts. WOOPS participants will operate on three different layouts, one each day of the three day event. Participants arriving early on Thursday, June 6th, will have an opportunity to sign up for a bonus session.

- In your WOOPS registration email, please include the following your NAME and PHONE NUMBER. This information will be used to create name tags, and to provide email updates and more WOOPS info as the event draws near.
- In addition, please include six layouts where you would like to operate, in order of preference (1 is your most preferred, 2 is your second most preferred, etc.).
- If you are traveling in a carpool, please send ONE email that includes the contact information for all of the riders in your vehicle. Include the NAME, EMAIL ADDRESS and PHONE NUMBER for EACH MEMBER of your group to ensure they all get future WOOPS updates. We will treat your carpool as a group when making layout crew assignments. With the number of layouts we have, we can’t guarantee that we will be able to keep the carpools together for the full 3 days.

If more than 60 people sign up, we will maintain an extra board based on email timestamps for event registration seniority. It’s possible we’ll have a couple of late emergency cancellations and will make an attempt to fill any vacancies from the extra board.

There will be a $20.00 USD registration fee for WOOPS 2025 to help defray the cost of this web site an other overhead expenses,. You will be responsible for your own hotel, travel costs, meals and local transportation.
A extra-fare banquet will be held on Saturday, June 8th, after the final operating session. We will contact all registered WOOPS participants later with the banquet details including the location, cost and how to pay.
